Sportingbet Announces Loyalty Bonus

Sportingbet's backgammon room has announced the introduction of their loyalty bonus. This means that up to 1.25% of all your stacks is paid back to you every week by Sportingbet.

The new Loyalty Scheme is designed to reward Sportingbet players for each time they play a cash-game online. For every 1 that you spend, Sportingbet will give you 100 loyalty points. Playing cash games to the value of 25 (or currency equivalant) will get you to the first Bronze level. Bear in mind that this is 25 in matched stakes, so for example, 5 games of 5 a time or 25x 1 games, regardless of whether you win or lose any of these games.

The more you play, the more you earn. At the end of each week Sportingbet will look at how many points you carried over from the previous week, how many you have earned that week and what loyalty level you have reached. Interestingly enough, Sportingbet will pay out between 0.25% and 1.25% of all your matched stakes back into your account. Then you need to wager only once (1x) before it can be cashed out as cash!

So, for example, let's imagine you carried over 4,000 points from last week (when you were at the 0.3% rebate level) and played cash games to the tune of 200 this week (e.g. 20 games at 10 stakes each). This generated 20,000 more points and gives you a total on the Sunday night of 24,000. This now puts you in the silver category with a rebate level of 0.5%. We then pay you back 1.00 for your 200 of matched stakes (200 x 0.5%), no questions asked! And it doesn't matter whether you won or lost any of the 20 or so games you played...
